  1. I will provide you with a comprehensive comparative market analysis (assessment of market value) of the subject property.
  2. Negotiate the terms of your listing agreement with myself and my firm.
  3. I will give you tips on how to prepare your home for sale and increase its market value.
  4. I gather all pertinent information necessary to market and sell your home.
  5. I arrange professional photographers and floor plan designers to attend your property.
    1. I use this material to begin creating marketing materials for your home.
  6. I search the title of your property and assure that it is clear of anything that would hinder its sale.
  7. In the case of a strata property, I obtain all necessary supporting documentation, and relevant information (bylaws, financial statements, and meeting minutes).
  8. I post your property on the MLS® system where it will be visible to all the REALTORS in British Columbia, and anyone in the world with access to the internet through
  9. I will further market your property through the following mediums:
    1.   My public website
      1. All supporting documentation for your property will be available through my website to facilitate cooperating agents in preparing offers.
    2. Numerous other webportals and other agents' websites.
    3. Various Internet based classifieds
    4. Ads in local newspapers
      1. Real Estate Weekly
      2. Vancouver Sun (business section, full colour)
      3. Other local newspapers and publications
  10. I will post a visible sign on your property (where bylaws permit), and if necessary, arrows and additional signs directing traffic from major routes.
  11. I will distribute various marketing materials in yourneighbourhood and throughout the Greater Vancouver area including:
    1. Pamphlets
    2. Rack cards (just listed cards)
    3. Listing information sheets
      1. Displayed in selected bank branches
      2. Displayed at your home
  12. I will hold regular open houses (subject to your approval).
  13. I will give you regular feedback and updates on my progress in marketing and selling your home.
