Jameson House by Bosa (838 West Hastings Street)
I took a tour today of the construction site of Bosa's newest downtown feature, Jameson House. Located at 838 West Hastings St, this Foster and Partners (HSBC, Hong Kong, Swiss Re HQ, London, and Beijing International Airport) designed building I believe has real value, and styling with longevity.
Located in an area where few options currently exist for high end residential without hitting the waterfront and paying the associated surcharge, Jameson House not only offers truly high end finishings but also unique and clean floor plans and architectural significance.
Considering some of the higher end units in this building for one of my clients, I asked to be taken up as high as we could to see the views for myself. We rode the external construction lift to the 27th floor, took the stairs to the 29th, and ladders to the 32nd.
